The Story Behind Helios
Helios was born out of our own experience running a solar business. In 2023, as we faced the complexities of managing our operations with multiple tools and spreadsheets, we realized how much inefficiency was holding us back. We started with a simple solution—a spreadsheet to track earnings, payments, and projects. It worked for a while, but as we grew, it became clear that we needed something more powerful to keep up with the demand and ensure accuracy.
We then developed a more advanced tool, which automated key processes like generating quotes and tracking project details. This tool saved us time, reduced errors, and allowed us to scale. But we needed an even broader solution that integrated everything into one platform. That’s when Helios was created—a comprehensive software designed to address the unique needs of the solar industry, streamlining everything from lead generation to project management.
